You will not use any Spira Farms service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose. You will be responsible for ensuring that you do not violate any laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws. You will not upload or transmit viruses, worms or any other destructive code.
You may not use Spira Farms to post or upload any of the following items:
Viruses, corrupt data, spyware, adware, or any other type of harmful file
Pirated software or content
Content that is illegal or would create liability
Slanderous or libelous material
Private information of any third party (Email addresses, Social Security Numbers, etc.)
Any pornographic or inappropriate image, video, sound bite, etc. (We retain the right to judge what is and is not inappropriate.)
The Spira Farms team is very proud of all the effort put into creating our logo and designs, graphics, pictures, text, information, and any other content, which has allowed us to create our service. The property is owned by Spira Farms, and by agreeing to these terms you claim that you will respect our Trademarks and Brands.
Any disputes to this agreement will be settled by Illinois laws and Illinois courts.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages, losses of product, and losses of revenue.
We think we have a great useful system, but we are not perfect. You understand, agree and fully accept that this site may not be free of errors, and the site may crash or otherwise be unavailable because of server problems, equipment failures, human error or any other reason. We are not responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages, even if due to negligence, arising out of or connected with the use of this site. You understand, agree and fully accept that we have a small staff and there may be delays in updating, in answering inquiries, fixing system errors and problems, and other services and actions. We may at any time in our sole discretion modify or discontinue the site, or any part of it, add to the site, terminate or suspend your use of or access to the site, and/or modify this agreement. If we modify this agreement, we will try to post the changes promptly, and you may choose to terminate your use of the site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the then current terms and conditions of this agreement.

If you wish to purchase products and/or services on this website, you will be asked to supply certain information including credit card information. By registering with this web site, purchasing products from Spira Farms or providing Spira Farms with any information, you represent to Spira Farms that you are 18 years of age or older. Spira Farms reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders for any reason. Purchases that you elect to make at a Spira Farms web site will appear on your credit card bill as: Spira Farms.

Shipping and Delivery Limitations
Spira Farms does not ship produce. When an order is being entered into checkout, the option for delivery will only appear if you live in a shipping zip code within our delivery radius. If an order is placed for a delivery address outside of our delivery area, the only option will be to pick it up from the farm itself on Friday 11am-5pm. If you are unable to pick up the order, your credit card will be refunded for the original purchase price. Deliveries will be made to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is correctly provided. If you choose to pickup your order, it is your responsibility to arrive within the time window that was specified by your order. It is not, and will not be our responsibility to wait for you to arrive if you are more than 20 minutes late of your pick up time. Spira Farms delivers products to individual addresses. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate address during the checkout process. It is also your responsibility to provide our drivers with a cooler or some sort of temporary cold storage, left OUTSIDE so your produce can remain fresh if you are not home. We will not enter your home, or a locked gate, or any kind of locked/closed barrier. It is your responsibility to provide us with an avenue to provide delivery. Risk of loss for items purchased from this web site are passed to you upon delivery of the items to your location. Products will not be replaced if they are stolen by an unauthorized user, including use as a result of inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the purchaser.
Delivery and Ordering Terms
Orders will be delivered either on Thursday or Friday depending on your region. You will be notified of delivery day of week. Delivery times are between 7am-5pm.
We deliver your order in one or more plant-based containers which you may reuse many times or throw away. It is best practice to place a cooler outside in an obvious place the night before your next delivery, so our driver can place your order in the cooler. It is best to designate one spot to leave the cooler, and ideally this will be where the driver will leave your order too. Please specify this in the “Delivery Instructions” field at checkout when filling in your address. If for any reason you do not receive your box by 5:00 pm on the scheduled delivery day, please get in touch with us right away and we will locate your order and get it to you as soon as possible.
Acceptance of Product
Spira Farms offers fresh produce for sale. Spira Farms is not responsible for the life span of any produce beyond one week of harvest date. There are no refunds or returns.
Spira Farms is not responsible for any allergic reactions or illnesses that result from consuming any of our products.
Spira Farms reserves the right to make changes to this site and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time without notice. You may contact us with any further questions or concerns.
- General Policy
At Spira Farms, we are committed to providing our customers with the freshest and highest quality microgreens. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair resolution in such situations.
- Refund Eligibility
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and details of the issue.
Quality Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our microgreens, please provide detailed feedback and
pictures within 48 hours of receipt.
- Process for Requesting a Refund
Notification: To initiate a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Evaluation: We will review each case individually and may ask for additional information if necessary.
Resolution: If your refund request is approved, we will either replace the product at no additional cost or issue a refund. The method of refund will be the same as the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Order Changes/Cancellation: Orders that are already prepared or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled. We notify you by email a week prior, and by text as a reminder the day before delivery.
Delayed Pickup/Delivery: We are not responsible for products that spoil due to delayed pickup or failure to receive delivery in a timely manner.
Taste Preferences: Refunds will not be provided based on individual taste preferences.
