New Grocery Store! 🏪
In Downtown Hinsdale there is a little store named named the Hinsdale Fruit Store where Spira Farms Microgreens are now available! I really love this store as it reminds me of my childhood when traveling in Poland. Many food stores in little villages operated very similarly, you know those who work there. There is a certain culture in the place that makes you want to venture there.
We are now dropping off 4 varieties of greens to the store:
- Broccoli
- Sunflower
- Spicy Salad Mix
- Radish
Availability this Week
Cait and I are heading out of town for a few days. We have some help managing the farm operation in the meantime preparing for the 8/27 deliveries!
We will not be at any farmers markets this weekend, but all will resume to normal the week after!
August Plating Competition
For the last month, we had run a plating competition to see all of those delicious microgreen plates you have been creating. We promised in turn, we would bring some swag to those who got the most likes.
We will be looking for all the winners over the course of this next week, and announcing the winner(s) next week! Thank you for all who participated the food looked ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
