Spira Farms Grand Opening is coming quick! September 20th is the big day. We have a Facebook event to highlight the event. We will be open 11AM-7PM that day and will be open 11AM-5PM Tuesday-Thursday moving forward (Saturday hours to follow soon!)

We have met incredible people working on nutritious problems in the community. Two such vendors have incredibly nutritious foods, and it just so happens they are patient enough to handle my microgreen rants. 🤓

Lisa and Ben a mother and son team and the owners of Premola Granola introduced us to a very simple idea. Microgreen Salad + Premola Granola. It is 🔥🔥.
It’s a change we can never go back from. Lisa has been perfecting her craft for the last 20 years, and Ben’s entrepreneurial spirit brought them to the market.
The ingredients chosen for Premola Granola are rich. When you are eating their granola you know you are eating real ingredients. 😍 Seriously just look at these ingredients
Windy City Mushrooms.🍄
Do you know where you are going to get rich nutritious mushrooms that are locally grown? Me neither, until today. Mushrooms are amazing for us. Improving Brain health, metabolism, rich with anti-inflammatories, and MUCH more. We should have them available to us fresh to eat.
We are partnering with Windy City Mushrooms to bring mushrooms to the community. We had the chance to meet with some of the owners Johnny and Natalia, and learn about their health journey. Both are deep into the world of nutrition, and have lived it for many years. They noticed a problem with a lack of mushroom availability, and took action. What makes these mushrooms fresh? They are also locally grown 🤩! We will be starting off with having Oyster and Lion’s Mane mushrooms available. More to come! 🍄
