The energy is back! âš¡
We’ve long awaited farmers markets, a digital only business gets lonely! It was amazing to see many faces we first met in 2021 once again at the markets. We anticipated the markets to be busy, but they exceeded our expectations. We grew extra greens than planned for, and still couldn’t keep up!
We are at the Naperville, Plainfield, and Hinsdale markets Saturday-Monday respectively. The best sellers were Broccoli, Sunflower, and the Spicy Salad Mix. Were going to up our game this week and bring far more of these products, as I do not want to sell out in the first two hours again 😅.
We’ll be at the markets all season long. If you have the opportunity come say hi and let us rant about the benefits of local foods, sustainability, and all things microgreens!
