STEM Night 🔬
Tonight 8/10/22 is the Lemont Car Show, with the added flavor of having STEM night as well! Spira Farms will be participating and will show off small models of our farm, and have free samples of popcorn microgreens. These aren’t your everyday movie theatre popcorn, BUT they are definitely just as yellow and have crazy flavor 🤪
The car show runs from 6-9PM tonight! Weather is looking beautiful so far! Hope to see you there.
Lemont Store Front Open Today
Cait and I are hanging around the Lemont store until 4PM today! It has been great having people come to the farm and experience what it’s like to grow foods in a downtown. We have product for sale, and of course more than happy to talk about microgreens.

August Updates
Cait and I need to take a trip out of town for a wedding 8/17-8/21. 🤵👰
That falls on delivery days. To handle this, we were planning on doing the deliveries on Wednesday 8/16. If you delivery falls on that weekend, we will notify you a few ways but wanted to start sharing that information ASAP!
Reminder Plating Competition
- Last week we launched our plating competition. The rules are simple.
1. Competition is between 7/20—8/17 - Share your microgreens plate on Instagram or Facebook
- Tag @spirafarms on the picture
- Winner is the picture that gets the most likes
The winner will get our first batch of Spira Farms Swag, as well as some cool microgreens we have growing. Good luck and have fun!
