Weird thing I learned this week. If you look at genetics. Human’s are more closely related to mushrooms than we are to plants. Makes you pause for a moment when you also realize mushrooms have a meaty texture. 🤔

Another weird fact about mushrooms, if you put harvested product into the sun upside down they will suck up a TON more vitamin D. Goodbye seasonal depression. ☀️😎

The mid-west and probably most of the country really didn’t have a lot of amazing mushrooms available until more recently, which is incredible given the amazing nutrition mushrooms give to us. 🗺️
