Last year we burned out 🚒👨‍🚒🔥

It was a hard learned lesson that I imagine many face. The belief you can do it all. Oh, we did it all and it sucked. Click here for the 2022 recap.

Between trying to grow the business, getting a new location, running 4 markets, and a ton of person health issues going on we became a little crazy. Somewhere between November – December we bottomed and thankfully recovered well. 🪨👇

The cost of ‘doing it all’ was improper amount of time allocated for our health, our diet, and by the end of market season we were completely depleted.

Lesson learned, we need help.🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️

This year, we are going to of course attend the markets we always have, but we are hoping to get some help in those AND do a few more farmers markets. Our availability at markets is going to be dependent on having a team, if your interested in working with us this farmers market season PLEASE let us know. Welcome to Spira School 👋

In 2023, we have a few classes taking place at a few public libraries! I get to put on my professor gear and rant about things, it’s going to be awesome.🧑‍🏫

Topics we will cover are:

1. Microgreens, local foods, nutrition ❤️‍🩹
2. Sustainability of local foods 🌞
3. Growing your own microgreens 🌱
   1. You’ll go home with a ready to grow microgreens kit and instruction.

We’ve had a few public libraries reach out to us about the class, and these are FREE 🎈🎉🎊

I have been told they do not require you to live in the same city NOR be a member of the library to attend.
